Custom Watercolor Portrait (Sold Out)

I usually process this through etsy and have recently ventured into my own website so please be patient with me as I figure out the best way to process these.

-Process-

• Make your selection (size, number of people, number of pets, background)

• Fill out the contact form

• Cash out your order

• You will receive an email from me within 24 hours of your purchase

• That email is where you can send me all the information and photos you would me to use as reference.

• I will send a photo of the sketch for approval, Minor adjustments can be made at this time but major changes are subject to additional fees (Example: you didn’t specify you wanted it to be horizontal and the sketch was done vertically, to change this will be an additional fee)

• Once approval is given, I will begin painting

• A final draft photo will sent for approval before being shipped out.

-When Choosing Photos-

I realize it is difficult to get everyone in one photo. All the people do NOT have to be in the same photo for this listing. I can compile multiple photos to make your painting.
Things in to keep in mind when choosing pictures:
-Full body framed pictures are most helpful
-send them in the clothes you would like them painted in
-chose pictures that show correct hair/fur color
-I need the height of each person or where a dog comes up on a person
-sending too many pictures is actually counter productive so please limit it to 1-2 per a person (information overload)

* Just a heads up, I don’t paint holiday themes or birthdays. I also do not paint religious symbols, angels or devils, zombies, vampires, or witches. Sorry for this inconvenience, I thought it best you know right from the start. If you are unsure if what you want fits in that category feel free to contact me and ask!

TURN AROUND TIME

3-4 weeks approximately- this is subject to change so please contact me before purchasing if you need it by a certain date.

Ships USPS priority fully insured with tracking. Shipping time varies by time of year and country.

DISCLAIMERS:

You are purchasing an artists rendition of pictures you send me, as you can tell I have a certain style if there is anything you do not like about my style and would not like it on your picture please be sure to include that in the notes section at the check out.
I will send you picture of it before sending it out as a courtesy, the artwork that you see then is a finished product, any changes you would like at this point may be subject to additional costs.

PLEASE, Please double check that the address was entered correctly on your order. If it is entered incorrectly and shipped, then it is your responsibility to try to retrieve it. If it comes back to me then you are responsible for the cost of shipping it again. But all that can be avoided by DOUBLE CHECKING the shipping address.

Please understand that I will do whatever I can to make sure you are satisfied but because I put in time to each picture, there are no refunds. Scary I know but I do try to accommodate you as best as I can.
All the rights to the picture remain with me. So any duplication requires my permission. Your custom picture may be used in my portfolio, display, or duplicated and sold.
