Our Story
I started selling my work on Etsy in 2013 as a way of supporting my outlet. One day some one asked me to paint them in my style and then through word of mouth I received 100s of more orders that year. Fast forward to now, I’ve painted around 1500 family portraits. In the process of all those portraits, I was challenged and pushed out of my comfort zone that helped me to develop the skills to produce my own original pieces. I have always been drawn to art since I was little but never thought it would or could be a career without an art degree, let alone just High School.
Thats it really, nothing crazy. I wish there was more to our story because then I would have something to put here instead of sitting at my computer thinking, “How am I ever going to fill this section?”.
Who is the “our” in “Our Story” my husband has always supported me in this adventure. He will build or design me anything I need from art displays to a leather sketchbook holder.
